CINDY MENARD

Cindy Menard is Uppercut Fitness’s Founder. Cindy started Uppercut Fitness in 2017 and has been in the fitness industry for over a decade.

She has multiple certifications such as Personal Training, Nutrition, Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Level 2 TRX, Kettlebell AMPD, and more recently 2B Mindset Nutrition Mentor and Ultimate Portion Fix.

Cindy attended the Rock Steady Boxing certification camp. As a certified RSB trainer Cindy specializes in working with people who live with Parkinson’s Disease.

MIKE MENARD
Certified Trainer

Mike is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His passion for health and fitness began at an early age as a multi-sport athlete in ice hockey, tennis, track & field, baseball, and basketball.

Before joining Uppercut Fitness, Mike was a Canisius College hockey player and a full-time hockey official in multiple junior, college, and professional leagues. He began his personal training career at LA Fitness where he was quickly promoted to Master Trainer. He has worked with dozens of clients to help them reach their fitness goals, from weight loss to muscle gain to sports performance.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing hockey, weightlifting, reading, and playing the piano.
