Semi-Private Training is personal training in a small group setting. Stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals while working out in a team environment. All clients receive the same level of service as our personal training clients with individual assessments, progress tracking, and custom program design.
Semi-Private Training times are as follows:
Monday – Wednesday – Friday | 6:30AM | 8AM
Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30PM
