Semi-Private Training is personal training in a small group setting. Stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals while working out alongside peers with similar goals! All clients receive the same level of service as our personal training clients (individual assessments, progress tracking, and custom program design).
We currently offer two types of semi-private training:
- Boxing: Results-oriented, non-contact fitness boxing to burn fat, tone up, and feel energized. We guarantee you’ll feel great after just one session! Training times for boxing are:

Tuesday – Friday – Saturday | 9:15am | 2 spots left!
- Traditional Semi-Private Training: Your own custom fitness training program designed to get better results in less time. This is personal training with camaraderie built in. Traditional Semi-Private Training times are:
Monday – Wednesday – Thursday | 9:15am |
Tuesday – Thursday | 5:30pm | 1 spot left!
