Great atmosphere, friendly well trained staff and a good selection of classes to choose from. I have been going there for almost a year now and I feel better every class. Cindy and Rebecca are awesome and they have helped me lose 15lbs and build muscle that have helped me with playing hockey and in my everyday life. So glad I joined!!

I had been through a very stressful time that pushed me to over 200 pounds. I simply wanted my life back, to be healthier, to go up a flight of stairs without getting winded, and not take heartburn medication daily. By week 3, I was off my medication and felt that my goals were not only reachable, but surpassable. I've never been "in love with working out," but I always look forward to going to Uppercut Fitness. I started training with Mike at Uppercut Fitness about 5 months ago. My goals were to lose weight and increase leg strength. I’ve had surgeries in both of my knees and experienced frequent pain doing everyday activities. So far I’ve lost 20 lbs! My knees surprisingly feel much better since January and I’ve noticed a difference in how much better I’m moving. Walking up the stairs and getting up off the floor have been much easier. I’d definitely recommend Uppercut Fitness!
