I had been through a very stressful time that pushed me to over 200 pounds. I simply wanted my life back, to be healthier, to go up a flight of stairs without getting winded, and not take heartburn medication daily. By week 3, I was off my medication and felt that my goals were not only reachable, but surpassable. I've never been "in love with working out," but I always look forward to going to Uppercut Fitness. The motivation, the workouts, and the positive attitude I have received is beyond measure. I would recommend Uppercut Fitness to anyone who thinks they are "too old," "too tired," etc. I am a better and healthier person thanks to Uppercut Fitness.
